Customer base consists of various fields including Chemical Processing, Refineries, OEM's, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, etc.Our customers have a direct factory contact, dedicated factory inside sales team, factory class manager, and local reps to ensure that each application or order is handled correctly, efficiently, and diligently. My customers enjoy having critical and process specific rupture discs and devices that is on a shelf either at their location or at our facility that is not on their inventory books. This allows the freedom for funding to be applied to other supply needs, reducing/eliminating expedite charges, and to have a direct factory link and customer focused inside and outside sales team. Depending on contractual obligations, annual or bi-annual inventory reconciliations are done to ensure proper usages and spec changes have been accurately accounted for. I do site surveys for potential new customers and physically view and record each Rupture Disc and Device and all specific information. With this critical information an initial inventory stock can be determined based on average usage, or turn around, or shutdown schedules for that specific plant.
