Manually plant urine, respiratory, stool, genital, anaerobic, tissue, and blood culture specimens on all required media, and place in proper incubation. Along with the manual staining of gram stain slides, accounting for sample type and viscosity. Ensuring laboratory cleaning standards are up to par, following proper safety protocols and using appropriate disinfectants. Along with sterilizing equipment in an autoclave.
