I have spent the last three decades focusing my legal career on patent, trademark and copyright matters, including patent prosecution and patent infringement litigation; trademark prosecution and trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation; copyright litigation; and trade secret litigation. I have been privileged to serve as the Chair of the the Intellectual Property Section of the Utah State Bar and as Chair of the Cyberlaw Section of the Utah State Bar. I also recently concluded my service as President of the Central Utah Bar Association.
