My philosophy of education is that all children are special and unique and must have a stimulating learning environment where they can grow emotionally, mentally, physically, and socially. It is my wish to generate this type of atmosphere where my young learners can meet their full potential. I provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks. I use strategies to make sure our community of learning will flourish, like using Class Dojo for positive behavior points, having student take responsibility in the classroom with class jobs, and teaching my students problem-solving skills.
