Supporting activities across infectious diseases therapeutic area. Responsible for medical execution of clinical trials ( Phase 1-111 studies) in support of therapeutic compound development plans. Clinical Development: Lead on development of high quality study protocols across Phase 1-111 studies, and ensuring their conformity to company processes/standards.  Oversee clinical development/authorship of informed consent forms, eCRFs, study manuals, clinical study reports, and other submission documents. Provide ongoing support for clinical study/studies within a compound development program including:  Work closely with Medical, Regulatory and GCO functions to address protocol questions from Health Authorities and Ethics Committees in a consistent fashion. Working in collaboration with GCO and GMS to ensure comprehensive medical monitoring and provide thorough and timely responses to address site issues and eligibility questions, and undertake detailed real time review of serious adverse events as required.Operations  Provide strategic study start-up planning in collaboration with GCO including site assessment, feasibility, and day to day operations to accelerate rate of site activations and trial recruitment. Work with GCO to track study recruitment and implement action plans to address early impediments to study enrolment. Work closely with data management to support ongoing medical review activities and data query resolution. Act as a liaison and interact between company and clinical investigators, vendor managers, and CROs when required.  Work with GCO to provide oversight of CRO/study vendors’ performance as it relates to study and its conduct. Support the Medical Leader, Data Management and Statistics team on analysis of study results and eventual completion of study reports. Contribute to assessing and planning for external clinical research opportunities in collaboration with Medical Leader and BD.

Working at the forefront of digital health and data science, I provided medical vision & operational expertise to develop and implement innovative digital health platforms across therapeutic focus areas.Role: Led on Design & Development of digital health solutions in support of therapeutic area ( HIV, TB, & NCDs) across identified countries ( SE Asia, Africa, Europe) . Conduct in-depth landscape analysis on digital macro and micro trends, emerging digital technologies/ platforms and evaluate solutions for prioritised business needs.- I directly led on business case development, including user design and development of 2 digital health platforms Connect for Life and myCareHub.myCareHub is an innovative disease agnostic digital platform linked to Facility EHR system. Multi-tenant platform provides clinical decision support for HCPs, remote outcome reporting by patients, enables patient education and peer- peer engagement. Additional functionality includes conducting cross- sectional & cohort studies, & patients identification for clinical studies. Led the clinical development plan for the digital solutions through a stage gate clinical trial approach Planned and executed appropriate study design (observational, cross-sectional, RCT studies) and statistical analysis on collected data to demonstrate improved outcomes from deployed solutions Operations and Partnerships Led on implementation of the digital solution across multiple countries to the defined scope and project budget Partnered and Engaged with country specific stakeholders , International funding Agencies(PEPFAR, GFTAM ,CDC) Country Opcos’, Patient groups, Hospitals, Academic Inst. to increase adoption of the developed digital solution  Led on country business plans and managed all day to day business activities related to digital solutions.  Developed and maintained strategic commercial partnerships across the therapeutic team, digital and external vendors

Policy Research Unit in Commissioning And Healthcare System- http://www.prucomm.ac.ukPRUComm provides evidence to inform the Department of Health’s UK policy on commissioning to maximise outcomes for patients• My focus was researching approaches which incentivise high quality integrated pathways, deliver best outcomes and provide the most social value whilst addressing demand risk explicitly in contractual models for NHS UK.• Conducted in-depth review of innovative contractual models being introduced across different industries (Defence, Airlines,Construction etc) relevant strengths and weakness, and their applicability for commissioning health services within NHS Contractual models evaluated included Outcome based contracting, Alliance contracting,Social Impact bonds etc.
