Army Medical Department Virtual Recruiting Center Team Lead
Team lead of an 10 person prospecting team that contacts and determines eligibility of civilian healthcare professionals interested in obtaining a direct commission in the U.S. Army Medical Department (AMEDD). Provides accurate information to interested applicants about programs, positions, and scholarships, as well as benefits. Ensures quality prospects are referred to Medical Recruiting Centers both nationwide and overseas for processing. Conducts quality control operations of data processed, and reviews submitted resumes and CV’s. Reviews U.S. Army regulations, policies and official messages for changes and updates which effect processing and qualifications. Conducts quality control operations of data processed and submitted CV’s. Developed a reporting and operation system to ensure records are dispositioned according to the performance work statement timelines. Responsible for the training of seven personnel to ensure mission accomplishment.
