•Work with Marketing and Clients on new client development implementation projects for EOS CCA.•Develop programming specifications and code.•Support existing Access and VB client interfacing systems.•Codes, tests and implements ENABLE programs to meet project objectives.•Develop systems documentation (control forms, procedures) for users and IT operations staff.•Write programming code using languages and technologies such as VB.Net, ASP, SSIS components, database triggers, and stored procedures.•Conduct preliminary tests on all code to ensure that basic functionality is present. Work closely with quality assurance personnel to develop test plans.•Prepare documentation for new and existing systems, insuring compliance with departmental procedures.

· Provide on-going training for collectors in FAC's computer · system, collection procedures and negotiation techniques.· Cross calls to facilitate collections.· Monitor productivity of collections staff through remote phone audits, and collector call statistic.· Perform side-by-side weekly audits.· Update assigned collections staff on month-to-date accruals during daily meetings.· Report disciplinary and corrective actions issues to Collection Manager.· Ensure legal compliance with federal, state and client regulations.· Track Unit Performance· Train Unit Managers and collection Staff.
