As a Data Entry Intern at the University of Jordan, I utilize Google Sheets to conduct comprehensive surveys among graduates regarding their employment status. This role involves reaching out to alumni and engaging them in meaningful conversations to gather relevant data effectively. By fostering a comfortable and informative environment, I encourage honest responses, ensuring that the data collected is accurate and reflective of the graduates' experiences.During my internship, I successfully contributed to a team effort that surveyed over 2,000 graduates. This extensive outreach not only provided valuable insights into employment trends among alumni but also highlighted the university's engagement with its graduates. The data collected plays a crucial role in helping the university adapt its programs and support services to better meet the needs of its alumni.Through this experience, I have enhanced my data management and interpersonal skills, allowing me to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. My role has strengthened my oral communication abilities, enabling me to engage participants in a way that encourages open dialogue. Additionally, my proficiency in Google Sheets has improved my organizational skills, helping me manage and analyze the data efficiently.
