•Responsible for all the inbound and outbound activities, Manpower handling and Management, Export and domestic dispatches.•Dealing with CHA and Freight forwarders for custom clearance and other related activities.•Re-export of machinery parts to OEM for evaluation and analysis purpose.•Daily shipment tracking and follow up with FF for pending deliveries and urgent requirements of customers. •Dealing with different FF for local and export shipments also taking their quotes and comparing with better performance and lowest rates. •Transport bills management. •Monitoring raw material receipts, GRN also co-ordinating with Purchase and IQA for material clearance to meet production urgencies. •Monitoring daily RM receipts and binning also taking care of proper space utilization. •Co-ordinate with Purchase, planning and quality department for RM shelf life management and revalidation. •Monitoring daily Job work activities and resolving issues if any. •Daily Cycle count, Warehouse Management and Inventory Management.
