Construction Project : SJVN Thermal Power Project 2x660 MW, Unit 1 & 2 Boiler /Turbine all type of Insulation Activitiy* Ability to handle Site teams.* Planning and execution of site Construction activities.* To ensure availability of required manpower at site and material follow-up until the completion of activity.* Ensuring quality assurance, safety and environment standards.* Vigorous follow-up and coordination between Internal Departments & Contractors.*Take part in the everyday meeting with Subcontractors and discuss next day activities.

*Supervision of Hot, Cold , Dual / cryogenic and Acoustic insulation works.• Stage wise supervision of surface preparation and painting, wrapping, & coating, hot, cold anddual insulation.• Execution of insulation, painting and Scaffolding works in accordance with project specifications and drawings.• Coordinating with QA/QC Team regarding insulation and painting testing activities & Material IMIR.• Review and monitor project construction / insulation and painting activities to ensure HSEcompliances and safeguard the technical integrity.• Keep abreast of all standard and contract regulations as the affect insulation and painting works

*Proper Planning & monitoring on budget of various projects and ensuring that no blockage of fund occurs.• Keeps information regarding pending PR/PO/WO etc.• Providing various reports as per requirement.• Planning & follow-up to dispatch/receiving the material from various suppliers to site as well as from Head office to site.

*Preparation of DPRs at Site as per Project.• Planning of material as well as manpower arrangement at site to smoothly execution of work.• Meeting with Client to get release of work front, to execute the work as per requirement, to submission of Invoices with proper documentation & follow-ups to get release of payments on time work.• Planning for deputation of workers based on release of work fronts at site.• Involved in ISO updating, progress status, completion schdule & Billing.

*Involved in the operation and maintenance of the ONGC Power Mech in the area of control and instrumentation field and its execution.• Successfully completed TG area insulation work like Dearator tank, HP & LP heater, steam line etc.• Involved in the erection and commissioning of integral piping, IBR piping as well as Non IBR piping
