CurrentResponsible for in process & final Quality of Press parts & Weld assemblies.Responsible to response customers through corrective action reports.Defect analysis through root causes analysis and validation of the defect for the resolution of defect.Responsible for verifying the weld assemblies through inspection with receiving gauges and reference gauges. Analysis of daily defects (Red bin analysis) and defect analysis through root causes analysis & take action upon it to reduce process rejection.Responsible for controlling defect at weld PDI and controlling PPM.
