 Maintains Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Looking after PAN India distribution of Telecommunication parts from Mother warehouse to 12 depots along with local dispatches in UP East and West. Managing the inventory and operation of different business verticals from the warehouses to provide cost optimization to them. Ensure stock availability and maintain optimum level of inventories as per sales forecast. Ensure availability/dispatch of stock against live orders within pre-set time frame to ensure timely delivery of products. Review forecasts against inventory projection and coverage. Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement Working on ERP: (SAP) Interacting with Central IT team for resolving issues related to creating purchase orders, transacting invoices/payments, Vendor code creation, new vendor registration and warehouse operations. Managing Inventory by coordination with sale and purchase team to make the material at ROP.
