I am currently a J.D. candidate (3L) at Michigan State University College of Law. I am an articles editor on MSU's flagship journal, the Michigan State Law Review. I am excited to be competing this upcoming year with our nationally awarded Arbitration Competition Team. Practice areas that I am most interested in are; corporate litigation, employment and labor, sports and entertainment law, compliance and risk-management, and education law.Prior to law school, I spent nineteen years in the teaching profession. The latter part of my career was spent in academia. I was an assistant professor of choral music education and conducting at the University of Louisville School of Music and the director of choral studies at New Mexico State University. I am the founder of the Singing Cardsmen, who had many accolades, including performing, and receiving a standing ovation in the middle of their concert, at Carnegie Hall.
