Maintain and support multiple applications for all of Rockwood Clinic. Run ad hoc and month end financial reports, take customer support calls, perform updates and upgrades to applications to ensure continuity of operations, communicate with staff and management to provide the best support for the clinic.

Responsible for training all aspects of the Centricity Group Management Application including developing training handouts, training aids and training schedules for over 400 new Rockwood employees ensuring seamless transition and productivity.

Responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, scheduling surgery, verifying insurance and referrals, checking patients in, collecting payments, and making confirmation phone calls.
