In 2015, she transitioned to Client Management, taking on leadership roles with Joe Doyle’s team at MerchantPro Express and CardConnect.Randi oversees a robust portfolio of clients, managing account migrations, custom sales reporting, chargeback inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of real-time customer support.
