Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence, calendar management, financial reconciliation, and budgetary responsibility. Oversees talent acquisition, striving to build the most cohesive, collaborative team.Manages full cycle recruitment in addition to the on-boarding, benefit administration, FMLA, Leave, and all applicable state employment regulations.Consistent partnership with community charities and outreach.Systematically relieves senior staff of administrative tasks; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. Communicates with executives and corresponding staff to gather or convey relevant information digitally, as well as in person. Significantly involved in high-level community interaction and exposure to sensitive information applying considerable tact, diplomacy and sound judgment. Thoroughly versed in cultural sensitivity while reflecting a deep understanding of race, social justice and equity shown through my interactions.
