As the Global Process Owner for Facilities Services, I am responsible for driving the execution of the Facilities Services strategy globally, including our technical project roadmap and special business projects.

• Manage and allocate staff of Administrators and Office Services Support staff providing quality office services to 1000+ employees• Developed all services personnel assigned to the site and delegated work activities to ensure compliance with performance standards.• Assisted the Operations Manager with tracking productivity and collected information to provide leadership with reporting.• Created a new hire tool to streamline and increase efficiency of onboard training and participated in building an organization search engine as part of a special project.• Guided office relocation projects related to acquisition sites and lease expirations with responsibility for PO management, funding approvals, and overall site expenses.• Managed office construction for two locations and came in under budget• Create employee engagement activities within the offices

Facility Specialist (09/2011 –Present)• Team lead for the reception manual and mailroom manual, responsible for data integrity of the national document. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle policies and guidelines to reflect the current information in the regional document. Manage team schedule and deadlines. • Perform pre-screen interviews for the central region to ensure qualified candidates are recommended for the interview process.• Participate in special projects to assist with the needs of the organization.• Manages space planning within the office for the Frisco and Irving, TX locations. • Participate in office relocation projects for acquisition sites and lease expirations.• Resolve or coordinate timely resolution for all facilities requests.• Function as a liaison between Oracle, property manager, and other vendors.• Coordinate all maintenance agreement schedules, renewals, payments and site visits per contractual stipulations. • Coordinate repairs within physical office space such as carpeting, repainting, etc.• Understand basic care and maintenance of office equipment, including multi-function devices and AV projectors. • Ensure the operational effectiveness of all equipment; coordinate repairs as required.
