Managing the entire project lifecycle, from scheduling installations to handling follow-ups, I consistently delivered projects on time and within budget.Landscape Design: In creating customized, artful, and sustainable designs, my approach was to design landscapes that made a significant impression, fostering a genuine connection between homeowners and nature. Each design was tailored to ensure plant success in homeowners' landscapes, considering the local climate, soil conditions, and integrating water-efficient methods and sustainable landscaping techniques.California Native Plant Expertise: My expertise with California native plants goes beyond design. I shared in-depth knowledge with homeowners, educating them on the environmental benefits of native plant landscaping. This included promoting the attraction of birds, butterflies, and beneficial pollinators through carefully chosen plants. Planted and maintained Mediterranean plant collections in all aspects; pest protection, irrigation, propagation and aesthetically pleasing arrangement of plants, and educated visitors about plant species and functionality of gardens.Participated in a team to construct new bioretention facility that would capture stormwater and prevent yearly seasonal flooding.
