• Receive inbound freight.• Study UOM history, open POs, as well as determine recurring issues in order to report non-compliance properly• Track UOM history and fluctuations on a daily basis, as well as report any discrepancies to management and the customer• Manage non-compliance reporting and problem solving on an item for item basis • Provide advice to the customer in regards to solving non-compliance issues, or any quandary within the inventory• Create Return Material… Show more • Receive inbound freight.• Study UOM history, open POs, as well as determine recurring issues in order to report non-compliance properly• Track UOM history and fluctuations on a daily basis, as well as report any discrepancies to management and the customer• Manage non-compliance reporting and problem solving on an item for item basis • Provide advice to the customer in regards to solving non-compliance issues, or any quandary within the inventory• Create Return Material Authorizations and track inventory moves for multiple departments• Promptly respond to, and advise outcome for last minute questions/research from the customer • Report all receiving information, including number of trucks arrived, PO numbers, item numbers, pallet counts and carton counts on a daily basis• Communicate with the customer on a daily basis in regards to miscellaneous issues that may arise• Identify inbound freight based off of PO numbers/item numbers while consulting with other departments to determine disposition of freight• Assist material handlers/forklift operators when issues arise with inventory during any put away or receiving process• Prioritize inbound freight to determine what is needed for back orders and the current shipping cycle, on a daily basis• Runs inventory report using the appropriate inventory query from WMS program (i.e. Oracle/One World/JD Edwards/ASPGS Unicode) and transfers data to Count Sheet template and shared network• Print count sheets in location sequence, and conduct physical inventory count, enters quantity onto count sheet, records and enters count results into system files• Research inventory discrepancies by cycle counting discrepant items • Run transaction history to identify the last locations that product was stored • Conduct search of "Staging" areas, and perform "empty" location audits Record and report the results of the count and audits, report findings to department supervisor or designated representative Show less
