Responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with Installers and Independent Service Providers (ISPs) within the Lowe's network. This includes responsibility for recruiting, training, and retaining ISPs in order to meet local service demands and sales.• Recruit, maintain and manage Lowe's service provider network to support local market labor needs and control expenses• Manage, on a day-to-day basis, partners in provider network to ensure top customer service and performance• Address service issues and problems immediately with provider network, ensuring customer satisfaction• Continual communication with partners in the service provider network to ensure knowledge of Lowe's procedures and relevant systems• Ensure Lowe's quality standards are met by conducting regular site inspections, provider meetings, and customer feedback survey reviews• Proficient in Lowe’s service systems• Mentor team members and support team environment through strong working relationships.
