I’m convinced that design, in the same way as sustainability, is not anymore a “nice to have” but a “need to have”. Design can help navigate complex systems, define big problems and understand stakeholders’ needs. All of which are essential to identify the most sustainable opportunities.I’m equipped with innovation tools and take responsibility for my tasks, while thriving in collaborative work environments. I can support companies in sustainable transitions by developing value propositions, propose sustainable business models, collect and visualise data, calculate environmental impacts and identify potential rebound effects. I encourage shifting perspectives to manage complexities in systems with the design and facilitation of workshops, involve and engage stakeholders and selecting criteria for making decisions. My work experience in entrepreneurship as being a founder of Weelooop and over the years being a participant in four different startup incubator programs, have taught me about agile ways of working. Later on, I have used my experience to work as an innovation facilitator in hackathons, bootcamps and in corporate work. Furthermore, I worked for 3 years in the solar industry and remain up to date with the newest energy inventions and other sustainable technologies.I’m enthusiastic, ambitious, curious and not afraid to try new things.
