I have been taught to have good self-confidence but be humble at the same time. Less complaining and having respect for one another by taking responsibility and having commitment at every work. Growing up in a Brand, Fashion, F&B and Retail Environment made my foundations stronger throughout my career. I have learned that theory is crucial, but working in the field is the real deal.
