Nearly two decades ago, I managed to talk my way into the offices of a busy New York fashion magazine.Armed with enthusiasm but little experience, the editor took a leap of faith and gave me my first photo assignment. I pulled it off, fueling my desire to learn photography from the ground up. Soon, I started assisting Mary Ellen Mark and I worked with her around the globe.Since then, I’ve operated a successful photography business in New York, Miami and Park City, and I shot hundreds of assignments for advertising and editorial clients.
