• Oversaw the design and delivery of all programming, market research, content creation, and overall business mission and vision with the goal of facilitating international travel for Black millennials.Coordinated international group travel for 18 adults to Accra, Ghana in December 2019 for the Year of Return, seven (7) adults on a private yacht in Belize in September 2016, and four (4) adults to Reykjavik, Iceland in March 2017.• Successfully pitched to and partnered with Howard University and Hampton University to plan and execute Passport Drives to increase the representation of African American students in study abroad. Our Passport Drives facilitated over 100 students applying for their first passport or renewing their passport.• Planned and executed our Black Travel Pop-Up Brunch for 20 travel business owners, influencers, and thought-leaders in Black travel. The event included networking, two (2) in-house designed activations, Afghan cuisine, and a panel discussion on the importance of representation in the travel industry and travel media.

• Designed and implemented English language curriculum for students in grades 5-11 in local public school.• Coached and mentored assigned local English teacher and 20 students, focusing on skills transfer, professional development, & language proficiency through weekly mentoring sessions.• Led a team of 10 American volunteers in planning and executing a week-long English summer camp designed to train and mentor 190+ low-income Kyrgyz students.
