Randi Johnson is the founder and owner of the Copia Group, a contained talent acquisition firm focused on Executive and Professional roles in the Pacific Northwest. She is a Northwest native with deep ties in the Portland metro market. Randi graduated from the University of Portland maxima cum laude with a degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. Her career began at Arthur Andersen in Portland, Oregon where she earned her CPA while working in their audit practice. Randi then honed her business development skills working in Sales for Pfizer. Combining her financial and business development acumen, Randi began recruiting for a national search firm. She founded the Copia Group in 2008 to better serve the market as a boutique search and consulting firm. Randi saw the clear need for a candidate AND client centric approach centered around her belief that long-term relationships foster long-term hiring. Today, Randi is proud of the Copia Group’s results-driven process and reputation for ethics and integrity first.
