I have a high focus on clear communication, and I know that the result often relies on the team members engagement and specialist skills. They are the technical experts, and my focus is to guide them and enable them to steer in the right direction. This includes evaluating the level of knowledge and skills needed and discussing educational plans with the relevant line managers.I am focused on ensuring the processes work for and with the people using them.
