Led planning, development execution for all national marketing and sales support activities for this start-up technology company that developed online solutions for the hospitality industry and major golf associations, including PGA and the American Golf.

Hired as a marketing consultant/strategist and then led new business development and client planning for this NYC direct marketing and communications agency across a range of B2C and B2B clients.

Second person hired to develop and lead the national marketing and sales support strategy for The CIT Group's new consumer lending division. Spearheaded direct to consumer and 3rd party broker network business growth, including P& L responsibility. Also developed and ran a centralized processing and call center facility to support business operations. The consumer division grew to become one of CIT's highest revenue generating contributors.

Worked in a variety of management positions across the retail banking division including sales support, advertising, new product development and promotion planning for both liability products and asset management.

Developed industry-first co-op marketing programs for national cable operators; direct marketing, telemarketing and related marketing to promote HBO programming and grow cable customer base.
