I love training design; developing training methodology to meet its participants’ needs and foster engagement and learning among them. I believe the best way for other people to learn something is by giving them to experience it themselves and taking lesson learned from others. I am basically a training architect if I can say and I am proud of. Therefore, I am also excited in developing training modules for both trainer’s guidance and participant workbook. My expertise covers entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy, women and rural economic empowerment, economic empowerment for pesantren and those at micro and small enterprise level. My clients vary from international agencies to local non-government organizations since 2011. ILO is one of my major clients and I learned a lot from their International Training Centre in Turin, Italy. I love empowering people. I am not a motivator. I prefer being an enabler and trainer to enable participants to achieve something and be able to apply it after attending my training. To accelerate my expertise for the community in a larger scale, I founded https://kolektive.id. It is expected to serve rural youth and women to learn basic skills of entrepreneurship for free and engage relevant stakeholders to join on board to serve the communities.
