Customer Service Account Executive
Current- Outsourced to NBCUniversal/Comcast in Universal City
- Provide primary customer support to internal and external customers in fast-paced environment.
- Field customer questions regarding available merchandise, sales, current prices and upcoming company changes.
- Coordinate, analyze and assess inventory timing with the Operations Dept (Inventory Dept) to ensure on time dispatching requirements are within the available to promise guidelines. Resolve any potential product issues.
- Promptly respond and maintain all inquiries and requests from Customers and Sales Representatives that are received via e-mail and/or by telephone.
- Process and enter customer purchase orders manually sent via e-mail.
