In my role as Senior Manager at a prominent residential real estate appraisal firm, I served as the primary compliance officer, overseeing the adherence of appraisal reports to stringent federal, state, and industry regulations. With a meticulous eye for detail, I reviewed an average of 400 appraisal reports per month, ensuring their alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.Additionally, I spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and efficacy. This included collaborating with software vendors to develop a customized software suite tailored to the specific needs of the company's subsidiary, an appraisal management firm. Additionally, I spearheaded efforts to introduce payroll services for the Iraqi government, contributing to the expansion of the company's global footprint and diversification of its service offerings.Central to my role was the drafting of a comprehensive proposal to the Iraqi government, outlining the strategic vision and operational framework for the proposed EFT and ATM networks, as well as payroll services. Moreover, I collaborated closely with the in-house counsel to conduct in-depth research on regulatory challenges and compliance requirements inherent in entering the Iraqi market, ensuring meticulous attention to legal and regulatory nuances.
