I have 15 years of experience in the distribution center of Keells supermarket chain. About 50 employee work under me. With their support, my responsibility to deliver the fresh vegetables and fruits required by the Keells supermarket chain of stores at the right time, right quality, right quantity to the respective branches on a daily basis.During my tenure, I involved in carrying out the following duties and responsibilities:• Managing core activities of Warehouse & Distribution operations -inbound, put-away, picking, loading, storing, ripening activities.• Managing the inventory-maintaining transactions in SAP-EWM.• Managing the fleet as per the requirement of distribution.• People management in warehouse operations -rostering, maintaining standards of health & safety guidelines.• Managing packing activities of the Export Operation.• I’m good trainer and motivational speaker for newcomers.
