As a Program Specialist for the Corporate and Foundation Programs (CFP) department, I contribute to multiple aspects of the program lifecycle for a portfolio of programs within the CFP team, including the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program.I led implementation of the outreach and recruitment strategy for the 2024 cohort of the Quad Fellowship. I managed event logistics for the U.S. portion of the Cargill Global Scholars Program 2023 Global Leadership Seminar.I led all aspects of program management for the Russell Berrie Fellowship, which concluded in 2023, as well as program guidance and consulting for the John Paul II Center for Interreligious Dialogue.

Managed alumni experience projects for the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, a U.S. Department of State funded program and the largest undergraduate study abroad scholarship in the United States. I developed programs to increase the enrichment and engagement of alumni in the network, led campaigns celebrating alumni community diversity and notable achievements, maintained a comprehensive understanding of Alumni priorities and intricacies across the program, and liaised across program departments to gather insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of Alumni users and participants of Alumni initiatives. I also led a team of 25 highly-motivated Ambassadors, providing supervision, support, and guidance, leveraging their feedback for program improvements. Achievements: -Collaborated across functional teams to build and implement 12 operationally complex career development seminars for program alumni. -Led UX for Alumni during development and launch of new program portal.-Launched alumni engagement platform, including user research, content development, wireframing, and coordinating with developers.-Improved alumni engagement by developing a community engagement platform that has grown from 0.8% to over 12% of our total community (34,000+ alumni) in less than 2 years. -Supported worldwide evacuation of approximately 700 Gilman Scholars in March 2020, including consulting with program leadership on rapidly evolving border closure deadlines, daily reporting to the U.S. Department of State and overseas posts, communication with university partners, and scholar support such as emergency travel booking and round-the-clock communication.

Contributed to overall outreach strategy for the U.S. Department of State's Gilman International Scholarship Program, including coordinating media campaigns, developing advisor training workshops, and overseeing alumni engagement activities. Conducted recruitment activities on behalf of U.S. Government sponsored programs including the Gilman Program, the Boren Awards, the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, and the Fulbright Scholar Program. Managed program advertising and marketing budget and initiatives and collaborate with the Fulbright U.S. Student Program when appropriateDesigned and delivered special Gilman Program initiatives including alumni engagement programming, social media outreach, informational webinars, participatory virtual symposia, conferences, student advisor newsletter content, and advertising.

Served as primary liaison for 2,000+ institutional advisors and partners, identify and build connections with advisors and implement special outreach initiatives at diverse institutions to reach certain audiences based on program and U.S. Department of State objectivesIdentified and secured commitment from institutional advisors and partners to serve as selection panelists totaling approximately 250 engagements per year; train participants and manage logistics, including communication and event management.Served on Disability Taskforce and Accessibility Working Group to help address inclusive and accessible outreach practices and leverage knowledge to drive change across the industry

Provided temporary support for all program activities and communications for WeTech, an IIE initiative conducting activities that encourage more women and girls to enter into STEM-related fields of education and careers in various countries around the world. Work as part of a team to administer the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs', Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program. Serve as a primary contact for a large volume of student applicants and grantees. Conduct outreach at college campuses and advise college students on the Gilman application process and general study abroad questions.
