Working directly with the Escrow manager to create policies and procedures that allow our sales consultants to work effortlessly while ensuring all corporate guidelines and DRE requirements are met. My daily duties include; managing/updating the backlog for sales meeting with all required information, enter and approve all new sales, report weekly sales and traffic to managers/vendors, open and track escrows and report on progress/outstanding issues, manage communications with lenders and title companies, audit closing lot files to confirm options and final price numbers balance, order required disclosures and distribute to agents, maintain paperless lot files with all required documents, report all closing and seller’s proceeds, working directly with the division controller to make certain month end number balance. At our busiest I assisted in closing over 90 closings and over 60 new sales in a one month period.

As the lead closing coordinator and office manager for my broker, my responsibilities varied between file management and DRE compliance, vendor management, overseeing day to day business with all occupied and vacant properties, accounts receivable and innovative marketing. Communication between agents, escrow, lenders, and inspectors/contractors to ensure contract timelines are met. During my 9-year tenure with El Dorado Hills Realty we successfully closed over 97 million dollars in real estate and we were awarded the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Local Listing Broker contract for El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer counties.

REO escrow transaction coordinator to all King of Homes Transactions. Closing approximately 30-50 escrow’s monthly. Maintain and coordinate all the escrow files and necessary duties to ensure a smooth escrow process for asset managers. Experience with REO websites (Equator & ResNet,), and direct contact with asset managers. Miscellaneous office duties include: updating Multiple Listing Service (MLS), accepting new REO properties, and maintaining the office and its supplies/equipment.
