Working for a developer, I quickly learned construction jargon and realized that those that own real estate...make a LOT of money. However, my moral compass did not correlate to my position at that company and I sought out higher ground. So, I applied for a position at a bank that utilized my construction accounting background, and my community banking career was born. I'm also a real estate investor...so I get you. I know where you are coming from and my goal is to create a financing strategy that meets your goals, as well as the Bank's. In the "Great Recession" I lost my job and started my own consulting company... so, I know what it's like to run my own business and this experience and understanding, I bring to the table. I've been through several economic cycles in my career and have learned from all of them, so I find it important to find solutions that will win for you and the bank and that are looking toward the future, not just the here and now. I am a dedicated, results-oriented commercial banking professional with more than 25 years experience. I have worked at community banks my entire career and this I am extremely proud of this fact. I have high ethical standards and a creative eye of obtaining a win-win for both the client and Bank. I am active in professional and non-profit organizations. I was a Board Member and am a Past President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Sacramento. I have also been on the finance committee for the Girl Scouts Heart of Central California Council for a decade.
