Currently adapting the district's highly gifted math program to incorporate project-based learning and utilize the most up-to-date technology to improve student interaction and build real-world skills, including using project management tools like Trello and communication platforms like Discord to foster appropriate communication through group projects. Duties and accomplishments include: - Design, develop, and implement lesson plans that enable students to exceed standard metrics. - Map out and execute strategies that help students maximize their potential. - Develop activities outside of the normal classroom setting to promote creative thinking and build problem-solving skills with organizations including FIRST Robotics, UIL Math Team, PEARamount PSAT Prep, and the Senior Class of 2020. - Revamped the Advanced SAT Prep program to grow enrollment by 30% while students raised their scores an average of 180 points annually, exceeding the national average as a whole. Additionally created a program to target high-potential students to foster National Merit awareness and create a streamlined scholarship education program to address economic inequities in our region. - Built user-centric virtual courses prior to the pandemic that allowed for an ease of transition to virtual learning, implementing regular changes based on student feedback. - Participated as a panel member in 3 international CollegeBoard conferences from 2018-2019 advocating for adjustments in how college readiness and educational advancement are advertised to modern students. - Designed and implemented innovative Logic and Combinatorics coursework to challenge advanced learners and expose them to college-level curriculum and thought processes through exploratory math challenges. - Led over 20 peer trainings for upwards of 500 colleagues in educational technologies (Khan Academy, Canvas), social and emotional needs in gifted education, and content specialties (PreCal, Geometry, SAT Prep).

- Helped to enhance the overall vision of the public and marketplace image of the Round Rock Express and the Dell Diamond through graphic projects and promotional events.- Managed all branding and graphic design projects for the marketing and advertising teams, collaborating with corporate sponsors and local influencers to create co-branded materials to increase community engagement and ticket sales. - Assisted in the planning and implementation of 200+ special events annually with an attendance count ranging between 12-20,000 attendees. (ex: Corporate retreats, high-capacity concerts, private events.)- Developed a proposal framework for five external partnerships for over $1M each by working with the executive leadership team to provide a clear case on improving the clients' customer experience.

- Handling all aspects of GuideRail game program including: production, design, layout and scheduling. - Meet all twenty-two (22) layout deadlines as dictated by the GuideRail segment print schedule. - Design unique tri-fold cover artwork for all seventy-two (72) home games. - Direct point of contact with the Team’s print partner on all aspects of GuideRail on an almost daily basis. - Organizing and preparing all textual content for GuideRail game program (i.e. Feature Stories). - Coordinate with the Marketing Services staff to ensure all sponsored elements are included in each issue of GuideRail. - Working alongside the Media Relations department to generate feature player stories, upcoming game facts and other content. - Taking photos around the ballpark on game nights and at special events. - Assist with various marketing projects including, mailings, database work, phone calls, deliveries, etc. - Assist with off-site promotions/events including but not limited to player autograph signings, Sponsor Day at the Park events, Sponsor Kids Day and mascot appearances. - Work most home games and provide pre-game VIP tours, create and deliver gift bags, assist with in-game promotions, sponsor tabling nights, and other duties as assigned.
