• Execute and maintain the visual output across digital and printed media• Led a small team of designers for both the Singapore (SG) and Indonesia (ID) markets • Worked closely with B2B, B2C marketing, and product teams to achieve the team's goals

• Paired with the Product Lead, Product Manager, UX Designer, and other stakeholders to identify the user's problem and breakdown all of the user experience and flow for improvements; user story mapping, user interview planning, executing, analyzing, and applying research outcomes in user flow and design based on AARRR metrics• Build mid-fi mockup, including prototype build, and approach real users to conduct a usability test • Handover detailed & scalable designs to QA and the Developers• Worked closely with the Quality Assurance team and the Devs team (Front-end & Back-end) in the staging & production build to ensure the visual and experience meet the desired output from the PRD.

• Brainstorm content and deliver visual needs across departments to maintain day-to-day operations (Tanya, Live Classes Ops, Product, People Ops, and Growth)• Execute and deliver the visual to social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and TikTok)• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Product Designer, UX Writer, and UX Illustrator to develop the main features of the CoLearn app (Tanya/Automated Doubt Solving, Live Classes, and Practice) and hand over the final design to the Developers/Engineers to build• Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and in-depth interview sessions with the Academic Researchers to gain insights from the end-user

Worked closely with Design Principal and Art Directors; we provided creative research and handled and managed various projects and clients.I joined as a full-time designer in early 2017 and was assigned several types of projects, such as:• Brand identity design (FnB, FMCG, property, and coworking space) from SMEs to corporate company• Editorial design - from an annual report for one of the state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia to a premium catalog for one of the multinational property developers based in Hong Kong• Exhibition identity design (an event held in mid-2017 by one most prestigious property developer companies in Indonesia)• Website interface design - from company profile to e-comm type page• Label design for packaging (a collaboration with one of the state-owned enterprises)
