Experience from early phase clinical trials where costs and oversight have been in focus. In the late phase I have been overall responsible for planning and execution of a global clinical phase 3 program and guaranteed high quality as well as alignment across trials. In the post-approval phase I have ensured simplifications of 3b trials and reduced lead time.
