Randi joined StartUp Talent Consulting with a diverse background in recruiting, corporate operations management, and new restaurant development spanning multiple countries.Her success in restaurant operations and high volume recruiting within the hospitality industry led her to The Mina Group. As Talent Acquisition Manager for the James Beard Award winner and Michelin starred celebrity Chef Michael Mina, Randi led the recruitment process for a dozen restaurant concepts in addition to overseeing the recruitment of nearly seventy J1 Culinary students from South America.With Gecko Hospitality, Randi provided full-cycle recruiting for upwards of 60 restaurant groups in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, and worked with a diverse group of decision makers to place the best talent in roles ranging from unit-level management through C-Suite leaders.Randi finally made the jump into tech with StartUp Talent Consulting, and currently works with high growth, early stage tech companies nationwide on the implementation of end to end recruitment and retention strategies.
