In this role, I am responsible for managing the Foundation’s grant programs and building a learning community for its grantees.

I founded a small consulting firm named ECHOES Consulting Group. ECHOES stands for Empowering Communities with Healthy Outcomes and Equitable Solutions. Some of my services include: speaking engagements & workshops, program evaluation & research, grant writing services, as well as general health equity consulting.

In this role, I was the lead researcher for the Workplace Change Collaborative, a HRSA-funded technical assistance center supporting 44 grantees at they implement programs to reduce and prevent burnout and moral injury among health workers across the U.S. Along with our partners, I helped develop a learning network and community for our grantees to build.

In the role of Health Equity Scholar, I was responsible for leading the program evaluation for the Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity Program.

Richmond, Virginia Area

I received supplemental funding from the National Science Foundation to be a Behavioral Health Equity Research Intern at DBHDS. In this role, I am responsible for cleaning data, utilizing data to create demographic profiles of Community services boards and disseminating this data in a report. I also played a crucial role in the development of Virginia's.

The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines who are pursuing research-based Master's and doctoral degrees at accredited United States institutions.There were 2,000 individuals (out of over 13,000 applications) that earned.

During Summer 2019, I was a Summer Research Fellow in the Center for Evidence and Practice Improvement (CEPI) at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.

As a part of my doctoral assistantship, I was an academic advisor in the Psychology Undergraduate Advising (PSYUGRAD) office. There are about 1,600 psychology majors and our office works with all of them to ensure that they are achieving their social, academic and personal goals. We work diligently to assist students in taking control of their own.
