I am a Commercially Orientated and astute Contracts Manager with a very strong Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management background. My strengths lie in my ability to achieve excellent project results within budget, controlling and educating new staff, establishing new procedures where necessary and following traditional and tailored contractual procedures. I believe in communicating well with all members of the design, client and project team. In Contract Manager mode I bring projects in on time, making decisions based on information at hand to ensure a successful outcome to all disciplines whether financial, contractual, safety, progress, or quality. In Commercial Management mode I ensure that all projects in my control are set up correctly from both a contractual and financial aspect and that proper procedures for effective control and monitoring of correspondence, time and cost control are carried out from inception to completion.
