Manages files from client (Thompson Reuters, Westlaw) to be processed by legal editors which form part of a team he oversees; Edits files processed by first pass editors, sends them to the Team Lead before the files are being sent back to the client; Presided over the pilot stage of the WestLaw Malaysia Catchwording Project; was partly responsible for successfully procuring the project; worked on the project for over a month until all the files were processed; Oversaw a team of at least 20 legal editors for the said project.
