My name is Randolf Smith, most people however, call me Randy. I own and operate several websites.I've been online since 2000 and been making a regular income since late 2005.(Yep plenty of years of failure, or did I mean learning experiences, before I got serious).My background offline was of over twenty years in direct sales & marketing.Starting as a door to door salesman, gaining skills and experience that lead me on to being a 'top three' salesman, both in income and performance.Eventually I was promoted to sales team manager & training manager with a team of ten salespeople, office admin and a telesales department to run for a blue chip multinationalcompany.All the while I maintained strong links with the grass roots of what I taught. (in other words I was a salesman at heart and kept doing it throughout - even if only to help my team learn by being there in the field with them).---The below is now outdated.
