Responsible for re launching the Iconic Halston Brand as Creative and Design Director. Responsible for designing the Designer and Couture Collections as well as it's popular priced Lifestyle Collection and overseeing more than 25 licensees, advertising campaigns, and all marketing and PR.

During these years I grew my namesake eponymous brand RANDOLPH DUKE, a collection of designer sportswear to a volume of 20 million dollars. I design directed and oversaw the conception, development and execution of 4 collections annually ( Spring, Summer Fall, and Resort) and had bi-annual fashion shows for the Spring and Fall collections.
