Lead the U.S. Animal Health Business and focused on achieving strategic objectives in Pet, Equine and Livestock.

Lead and direct the U.S. commercial activities for the Pet Vet Business, a $1B+ growth segment for BI Animal Health. Ensure that successful strategies and tactics are developed for the existing product lines and aggressively seek new opportunities for growth. This position has overall responsibility for Pet Vet Sales, Marketing, Veterinary Services, and Corporate Partnerships.

Provided strategic leadership for a large, multi-disciplinary pharmaceutical sales force. Responsible for achieving sales goals and partnering across the organization to maximize market and portfolio opportunities in a rapidly evolving, complex U.S. healthcare market.Achieved organizational goals focused on collaboration with integrated healthcare systems, medical group practices and individual healthcare providers. The East Area included over 700 employees, working across multiple therapeutic areas (cardiovascular, diabetes, respiratory), with an emphasis on improving treatment outcomes, transitions of care, and population health.

Provided leadership across multiple Prescription Medicines’ (PM) functions: Commercial Analytics, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Business Solutions, PM Training & Development, and the PM Program Management Office.

Led a multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive infrastructure and processes to support new commercial model design and implementation. Areas of focus included Business/Launch Planning and Execution, Medical Groups/Hospitals Strategy, Account Management and Data, Analytics & Solutions.
