Developed and managed enterprise team responsible for the reliability and maintenance of 30000 power generation and temperature control assets. Group functions within team included Failure Incident Management, Maintenance Standards and Maintenance Planning. Team worked cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering and Operations to ensure Assets maintain required levels of reliability at minimal operating costs over the required depreciation life.

Organization was split into VP of Quality and VP of Reliability role with VP of Quality role focused on Compliance in wake of Macondo accident in Gulf of Mexico. Stayed with VP of Reliability role focused on Product and Service Performance with staff of ~150. .

Combined 7 Opcos into 1 corporate entity with P&L shifting to 9 geographical regions with each selling all products and services to regional customers. Personal role shifted to put together Corporate Reliability and Quality organization supporting all products and all regions. Directed staff of ~1000.

From 2006 – 2009 INTEQ was $2B Drilling division of Baker Hughes that had 7 operating companies each supporting different services in oilfield services market. Directed team in creating field data capture infrastructure.Notable Accomplishments: Developed and executed Reliability and Product Safety program at $20B GE Energy division, e.g. detailed maintenance tracking system to model R&Ms costs and durability of each capital part to accurately price contract and quantifiable risk. Helped reduce warranty costs 20% (from $500M/year).  Supported development of Contractual Services Agreement business by implementing field and actuarial data system necessary to price contracts that run between 10 – 15 years in duration. Presented papers at RAMS conference on CSAs for power plants; resulting in invitation to join Advisory Board of Conference.
