Randy is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group of McLeod Law LLP. Randy has advocated in all levels of Court in Alberta, including the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of King's Bench and the Court of Appeal of Alberta. He has acted in employment disputes, shareholder disputes, various loan enforcement and collection matters, as well as urban and rural lease and property disputes.Randy is continually active with access to justice programs as a volunteer with Pro Bono Law Alberta in both the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program and the Queen’s Bench Amicus Program. Randy also is a member of the Board of Legal Aid Alberta. Outside of the office, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
