About Randolph Stone

I've been in the pest control industry for a number of years now as a technician. I have achieved 6 licenses (Core, 7A, 7B, 13, 7D, 8B) and my correspondence course in this field, and now actively work as a technician trainer training the new hires and giving classes on aspects of pest control. Customer relations is a big thing for me and I seem to be very good at it. I also make sure all the new hires know the importance of this. I am developing my skills further with view to becoming a supervisor then perhaps technical department. I aim to attain my WDI inspectors cert, fumigation license then my ACE certification (just as soon as I've been in the field long enough to qualify). My previous experience is military, and you can see a breakdown of that in my work history.

    As a Sensors Submariner my responsibilities were numerous. Primarily I operated various components of sonar aboard HMS Vigilant, Vanguard and Vengeance Trident ballistic missile submarines, based in Faslane Scotland. The submarine would typically embark on a 3 month deployment to sea as the nuclear defense for the United Kingdom. In this position I was responsible for operation of the sonar suite, handling of secret/ top secret information, records, launching of sub sea probes, ship maintenance, firefighting/ escape drills, general seamanship duties, nuclear safety, ships protection as an armed guard (Whilst in harbor) and general continuous personal training and development in the sonar/ strategic weapons field. I also held the position of quartermaster to the submarine, and as such was responsible for the access control points to the submarine whilst in harbor.
