Randy serves as the Executive Vice President of American Consulting and Training LLC. Randy is a combat veteran, serving in the United States Marine Corps and afterwards he went into law enforcement. While in law enforcement he served in a variety of capacities including, shift supervisor, court liaison officer, firearms instructor, public information officer and the supervisor of the department's special operations and traffic division. Randy has over 40 years of law enforcement experience, making him among the longest serving officers in New Jersey. He previously served as an instructor at one of New Jersey's police academies, has spoken as a subject matter expert on a variety of topics, and has provided instruction to numerous officers and supervisors. His specialties are in event/incident planning and coordination, media relations, and law enforcement.Randy's education is in criminal justice, and he is a graduate of the New Jersey State Police Academy in Sea Girt, NJ and the United States Marine Corps Basic Training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island. Also, he holds many certificates and certifications in emergency management and law enforcement, including from Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
