About Randy Rosales

I found a deep love of education when I first started teaching abroad in Japan. During that time, I was fortunate to create educational materials for NHK, materials meant to help educate school children in third-world countries. I then transititioned into a mangement role in the the education company I taught at, where I liked focusing on employee development, specifically when it came to sales skills. The people I trained and coached become some of the company's top sales people and/or sales managers in their own right.Fast forward, post MBA from the University of Southern California, I ended up in a sales enablement role in FedEx, leading their international logistics program. I am most proud of evolving and developing their international sales training program, which was lauded by sales leadership. As of current day, I worked at Oracle as a Principal Facilitator, teaching classes such as negotiations and value selling to a wide range of sellers in the organization.
