Rando is a General Partner at Siena, a boutique VC fund dedicated to secondary investments in high-growth scaleups from the CEE and Nordics. Siena derisks investing in VC assets and provides a comfortable platform for less risk-averse investors to get into promising startups.Every decade, Rando has taken on a new professional challenge – from business advisory in the 2000s to building and selling his own startup in the 2010s, and now focusing on investing and running Siena.Joining in 2009, Rando is one of the very first members of the Estonian Founders Society, the member’s club of successful founders from Estonia where they exchange ideas and learn from each other.
